H3Uni has pride and commitment in offering our 6th Facilitating Transformational Journeys Course online, beginning Autumn 2025, hosted by David Adams and Judith Enriquez. You are warmly invited to join a dynamic community to shape innovative approaches that tackle the challenges of our interconnected world.

Facilitating Transformational Journeys (FTJ) is our flagship foundational course in Process and Methods of Transformation. We have gained more alumni from this course than from any other offering.
Based on the pioneering thinking of Anthony Hodgson, the course focuses on extending our capacity for complex thinking and facilitating community decision-making, regardless of background or experience.

Why This Course Matters

Humanity’s needs for transformation are increasing across many walks of life. The know-how and do-how to address these multifaceted and complex challenges are unfortunately scarce. While we cannot turn back the time of human experience, we can access new levels of creative thinking to deal with increasingly complex situations and assumptions.

FTJ addresses the how of transformation. Together we learn to weave well-tried methods and processes into an ecology of whole-system change. Our learning is experiential—a journey of practical application, embodiment, and growth of understanding. This course introduces the leading ideas underpinning H3Uni’s work and supports you in an ongoing collaboration with a wide network of fellow explorers.

The process of transformative change is always in motion, encompassing movements of intending, perceiving, discovering, and innovating systemically. We aim to create coherent and viable pathways for a desirable unfolding future, working together in community.

Course Outline

You will participate in seven main online modules and six dialogue sessions to explore core methods, tools, and skills. Each session runs for ninety minutes, offering an opportunity to actively deepen and transform your thinking capacity.

What Each Module Includes

  • In-session explanation and dialogue with your hosts
  • Facilitated exercises to apply concepts and methods
  • Feedback discussion and coaching using Zoom breakouts
  • Open dialogue sessions between modules to explore and deepen understanding
  • Learning assignments between sessions
  • An asynchronous chat forum for additional discussion and coaching input
  • Introduction to the H3Uni Resource Library and wider H3Uni learning network

Participation is limited to 24 individuals to enable real interaction, distinguishing it from a typical webinar or lecture. Sessions incorporate visual whiteboard facilitation to help develop relationships across the group.

The course is delivered online using slides, whiteboards, and documents. Sessions are recorded, and all recordings plus visual and printed materials will be provided. The schedule aggregates to 19.5 hours of tuition for the entire course. Each participant receives a Certificate of Completion upon finishing.

Technical Note: We recommend joining via a computer or large tablet with high screen resolution. Course participation by mobile phone may limit the interactive and visual aspects crucial for pattern thinking.
